Hi, I'm Kristi!

When it comes to this journey of searching for a property or letting go of a current one, I would love to come alongside you and bring my blend of imagination and a down-to-earth approach. Reimagining spaces is one of my skills, and I love the thrill of the hunt! Over the years, it’s been my pleasure to guide folks in varying seasons of life and with different needs, both practical and deeply personal. 


With my husband, Kevin, I’ve created “home” in so many places from apartment to trailer house to military housing. I know what it’s like to use your house as a school, a home-business, a short-term rental, or a long-term rental. I know what it’s like to let go of a beloved family home and downsize as empty nesters. 


In my off time, I may be reading a book or three, attending concerts and plays, exploring small Minnesota towns with Kevin and riding our e-bikes, thrifting home decor with my sister, playing games, and loving life with our children and grandchildren.
